Across 12 districts and 1,367 villages, ADI works through 47 branches and 373 staff to empower 67,099 members (predominantly women), by expanding access to savings and credit, strengthening livelihoods, and building financial resilience; with BDT 902 million in women’s savings, 49,744 women borrowerswomen borrowers, and over BDT 26.41 billion disbursed, ADI enables women to grow sustainable incomes, increase household security, and lead positive change in their families and communities, with BDT 2.56 billion in active loans sustaining ongoing economic empowerment.

Expanding access to safe drinking water, hygienic latrines, and healthy behaviors through community engagement, infrastructure development, and behavioral change initiatives.

Providing inclusive educational support, parental engagement, and co-curricular activities to improve retention, learning outcomes, and well-rounded development of children in underserved communities.

Equipping youth with leadership, entrepreneurship, and civic skills to contribute meaningfully to their communities.

Improving maternal, child, and overall health through doorstep services, clinics, and health education.
